Instructions
Cut the white fish into easy-to-eat sticks.
Combine the seasonings marked with ** in a small bowl or ramekin.
Add the seasonings to the cut white fish, mix well so that seasonings spread all over, and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
While the fish is marinated with seasonings, put all-purpose flour (100g), cornstarch(50g), salt (1 tsp), garlic powder (1 tsp), ground black pepper (1/2 tsp), and paprika powder (1/2 tsp) in container. And mix them.
Put about 3 heap tablespoons of the mixed flour in another bowl. Then add one egg and 50ml of water and mix well to make batter until there are no lumps. Put the oil in a frying pan to a depth of 2-3cm and heat it to about 180C / 356F degrees.
Dip the fish in the batter, then put it in the flour mixture and coat it all over.
Lift the fish, dust off the flour, and coat again with flour, repeating 2-3 times.
Put fish in oil and fry. Do not touch the fish for 1 minute. Then fry until golden brown, turning occasionally.
Drain oil well and serve. Eat it while it's hot.
Notes
You can do the same with chicken breast. In this case, mix it with the seasoning and let it sit for about an hour.
