Ingredients
400~500gramCooked noodlesPrepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
200~250gramMeat of your choice (cut into bite-sized pieces)
350~400gramVegetables of your choice (cut into easy-to-eat-pieces)
1tablespoonVegetable oil
4tablespoonOyster sauce
2tablespoonJapanese soy sauce
2tablespoonJapanese sake or Chinese rice wine
** 1~2teaspoonCurry powder (optional)
Instructions
Cut the vegetables into easy-to-eat pieces. If you use meat other than minced meat, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. If the noodles tend to stick together, add a small amount of vegetable oil (not listed) to coat the noodles with oil.
Add oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat to fry the minced meat.
When the meat turns brown, add the vegetables. Fry until tender. (If using green onions, set them aside as they will be added later.)
Add the noodles and stir-fry until the noodles are mixed with the meat and vegetables.Add the seasonings (oyster sauce, soy sauce, Japanese sake, curry powder if you like) and stir-fry until seasonings are evenly distributed. Check the taste here. Add seasoning if necessary.
Finally, add the green onions and stir-fry briefly.
Notes
The amount of vegetables and meat is approximate, so adjust the seasoning after checking the taste.
