This is a quick and easy stir-fry, seasoned with garlic and mayonnaise. The mayonnaise gives it a rich and creamy flavour and cherry tomatoes provide a fresh taste.
300~350gramSliced pork (cut into bite-sized pieces)
300gramCherry tomatoes (cut in half)
4tablespoonMayonnaise
1teaspoonGarlic (finely grated or chopped)
an appropriateamount ofSalt & pepper
1tablespoonChopped parsley or chive
Instructions
Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt and a little pepper, and mix to taste.
Add mayonnaise, garlic, and pork to a cold frying pan.
Heat over medium heat and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the meat is cooked through. (The time will vary depending on the size of the meat.)
Add the cherry tomatoes and fry for another 2 ~3 minutes. (You can stir-fry them quickly to keep a fresh taste or stir-fry them a little longer to soften them.)Place on a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and chives.
