Preheat oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
Prepare vegetables (wash, peel, chop vegetables: cut vegetables into pieces about the same size.)
Put cut vegetables in a plastic bag and add some oils. Toss or shake the vegetables gently in a plastic bag in order to coat vegetables with oil.
Spread the vegetables across baking sheet and season with salt & pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes. Check if the vegetables are tender and if not tender enough, roast further 5-10 minutes and check again.
